Mission Manna provides medical care for malnourished children and continuing health care education for adults in and around the Haitian town of Montrouis. Our work focuses in four main areas.
1) Community Health Agents providing malnutrition relief, medical care and education to improve overall health in Montrouis and the surrounding communities.
2) Providing leadership for medical mission teams to travel to Haiti to conduct clinics for thousands of malnourished Haitian children each year.
3) Sustainable Nutrition in the form of trained Animal Health Agents providing and maintaining livestock and agriculture as a gateway to improved nutrition and long-term self-sufficiency for Haitians.
4) A dual-stage clean water program designed to eliminate waterborne illness and specifically to provide a key tool in the fight against cholera.
