The Mission Manna Hospital is being constructed in four major phases.

Phase One (click here to view) is the base structure, from which Mission Manna will operate its Montrouis clinics and provide relief for malnourished children. The cinderblock building will feature two exam rooms, a pharmacy, a laboratory, a nurses station and a spacious dining hall. The facility will be powered the electrical system in Montrouis and backed up by a generator. There will be running water and proper restrooms.

Phase Two (click here to view) features the addition of two large wards for overnight patients (the majority of whom will be malnourished children). There will be 21 patient beds and an area to house 2 medical personnel. Additionally there will be three restrooms (one with showers) added during this phase.

Phase Three (click here to view) adds the functionality of an operating room to the hospital. This will allow Mission Manna staff to perform surgery as needed, and we will bring in specialists on occasion to make use of the facility as well.

Phase Four (click here to view) completes the ground floor of the hospital by adding an 8 bed ward to accommodate any overflow of patients from the larger ward. This ward can also be used for more specialized care.

The blueprints for the hospital, a collaboration between an American architect and a team of Haitian engineers, allows for a second story of the building to be added later if needed.
